Description

The left turn signal on Forest Hill Ave westbound at Jahnke Rd has not functioned properly since it was replaced several months ago. The light used to change from a leading left turn arrow to a standard green light (whereby left turns would yield to on coming traffic but were legal when clear). The light now changes from a leading green to red preventing any left turns even though there is typically clear space to turn. This is causing back ups in the left turn lane that are spilling over into the left lane of traffic during high traffic hours. Please fix this light back to what it used to be.
