There has been dramatic increase in the amount of trash on the ground in the Ohlone Park between Sacramento and MLK. The trash may be related to the large number of people that appear to be homeless but with bicycles and trailers and much much more living and sleeping in the parks on a daily basis. I am concerned that the number of people living in the parks without adequate bathrooms present a health and safety hazard for pets and children and all others.
