Can there be any kind of speed reducers to constructed here? For example, surface mount flexible reflector stakes, to stop or at least defer people from making this left turn at 30+MPH? Kids going to school walk across here all the time. I'm actually quite surprised that the neighborhood's long time residents haven't requested for something to be extruded here long ago.
