This person routinely parks a truck and oversized trailer on the street or in the driveway/grass, which blocks the sidewalk and nearly touches the street. One neighbor confronted him about it and mentioned he appeared to be on drugs. The police were also dispatched to this residence a few months ago due to domestic abuse allegations of this person shooting a gun at a teenage boy who lived with him. The police instructed this neighbor not to return to his residence after he spent a few weeks in jail or he would return to jail. The crazy, unsafe neighbor is not listening to police and is living in still living in the home, where he is operating a business without a permit . Please help us eradicate this safety hazard with this oversized trailer either parked on the street or blocking the public sidewalks. This has been reported a few times before to Code Enforcement, but by the time they finally come by to address it, the vehicle has been moved.
