Please keep in mind that the area Inspector has up to twenty-one (21) business days to do and initial inspection on a complaint such as this. The Inspector will then send out a Notice of Violation with a Thirty (30) day time period in which to clean up the refuse.
This case was reported and opened on June 18th. Code Enforcement asks complainants to give at the very minimum, Thirty (30) days before calling and asking for an update on a case such as this.

Hi Emmanuel,
Thanks for the information regarding the process with these reports. I always appreciate knowing how things work. Usually on Mondays I'll go about the neighborhood looking for graffiti, litter and such and will report on what I find. On issues like this, since there are neighbors who like to keep abreast of what is going, on I'll report if anything has changed or not like I did this last Monday mentioning that the situation is the same. It's more a neighborhood courtesy thing than anything else so I hope your department doesn't find it a nuisance. If an issues does seem to take an unusually long time I'll make a comment on it to that effect such as a case I reported in February for litter outside a duplex that is still unresolved. In those cases I find that someone with the city will contact me and explain why the delay or explain the process as you have done which I appreciate. Thank you.
