tree branches encroaching on sidewalk. savety hazard for those walking especially at night. have to duck to get under or walk around off the sidewalk on the uneven grass to avoid.

As with all issues I report to the COA, this one too remains un-fixed. COA talks big about being a beautiful city, but in the end is managed by a bunch of liberals who only interest is their own. I'll bet issues in their neighborhoods are resolved quickly.
