This traffic light holds all South bound traffic on Swede Street for about 7min. (Mon. thru Fri.) between the hours of 6 & 7pm. People are waiting so long that they blow thru the red light. This has been going on for about a year. The timing needs to be fixed before someone cause a major accident.
