10-9-2015 Broken Water Meter Lid very hazardous, location 1138 East 12th Street Oakland, Ca 94606. I did report to EBMUD but they did not do nothing, the problems is the rim worn out not the lid. I saw them one time and they argue with me and doing nothing. I need city to enforce the code to have them change the whole thing not just the lid. Very dangerous here so please take action..
