Is this going to be fixed or will the poor traffic flow continue?

This issue has still not been resolved. Only 4 cars through the intersection at a time. Come onnnn

A City of Raleigh traffic signal technician monitored this location during the pm commute and did allow the left turn approach some more time. The technician also noticed an issue with drivers not paying attention to the light and not moving once the signal turned green. The time extends out only when vehicles cross the detection loops. If drivers do not get on the loops when the vehicle in front pulls off, the intersection controller does not realize vehicles are still on ramp so it cycles to the next approach looking like a short cycle but it was not.
