Description

A sex offender - who's victim was a minor ~ is now living right between two young girls - 1 of whom was previously a victim (not of his). WHY CANT WE HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED OF THIS?? So wrong... :(

In fact, you can be notified... I got my email from the registry a few weeks ago about the person you refer to when he updated his address. The email notification process for the registry is managed by the CT State Police. Sign up here:
