There is a house On Vermont St., Northwest, behind my apartment building at 1820 California St. NW.
There's a deck on top of the house, where they throw parties every other weekend.
The individuals that live there, have no regard for anyone that lives around them.
The music and crowd noise is penetrating, sometimes shows 2 AM and 3 AM and the morning.
My understanding is the city of Washington DC has a noise regulation.
These individuals have no regard for the noise regulations here in the city of Washington DC or the people around them.
I don't know the exact address to the house on Vermont Street.
However, Anyone that walks down Vermont Street or the alley behind the house can hear the crowd and the noise.
( Side note ) the music and the crowd noise on top of this house, gets louder it elevates when he goes between the buildings.
