Description

The traffic lights at Western and Military and then Western at Wisconsin are out of sequence. The last 2 mornings this has caused traffic to be backed up all the way to the Connecticut Avenue circle. A less than 5 minute stretch now takes 30 minutes. The lights need to be put back in the correct sequence since it is creating a choke point in which cars only have a matter of seconds to get through the busy intersections.
