i call this " INSTA-LIGHT" the signal light at the bike path is a traffic maker, there is absolutely ZERO time delay for the light if one is on the bike path and presses the light, this light will instantly turn the Hartwell ave light red within the blink of a second! a bike rider simply pushes the button the traffic is stopped the rider crosses, the light turns green for traffic for a milisecond rider pushes light and instantly red again! one can actually sit through as many as 5 or more red lights in the span of 100 feet, this light really needs to have some sort of delay before stopping the main road, at rush hour this is a nightmare ZERO wait time if you are a bicycle and an eternity if you drive a car!!!!!!
