Why was this issue assigned to the police?
Shouldn't this issue be addressed by the Public Works department?

We have already replaced this structure top twice since original construction. Also, we are in the process of hiring a contractor to repair and finish paving the streets in this community. We can address replacing the top following that work. It would be helpful if we knew who was continually driving over this structure and breaking the top.

I didn't know that this has been fixed before... I only recently moved here (to GA).
I was walking by the clubhouse and noticed it. There is a lot of construction in the area and perhaps it may have gotten run over by heavy construction equipment? I don't know, but it looks like something big must have caused that structure's collapse.
