On Independence Blvd. between Jeanne and Constitution the bushes are so over grown that they are taller than me. This blocks the view of the street. This makes me uncomfortable walking on the sidewalk there for fear of my safety. This is true especially in the evening because the sidewalk is not able to be viewed by the street.
