This corner is a known place for illegal dumping and homeless encampments. Reported an encampment back in August and never got a message that it was cleaned up, so my guess is that it's still there. A 72 hour notice to vacate, a clean up and a stay away order, is it that hard?

I saw the coroner there a couple months ago, you'd think that would be enough to motivate action.

Obviously not, I believe on 23rd @MLK also awhile ago.

City of Oakland Public Works Department addressed this issue on 10/06/2015, service request # 608682.
