Cars turning onto Naito parkway from SW Harbor Dr continually run the red light, which causes many near-misses for bikers & pedestrians crossing from or to the waterfront path. In addition, when they do stop, they often do not look to the right to see if bikers or peds are present before turning on a red. And lastly, they often block the crosswalk during rush hour.
