On the 29 of September I was driving on Victory Dr. when I hit what I thought was a pot hole. It caused my right front tire to blowout. At the time I was headed home from work. I didn't know what it was that I hit until the next day. When I saw the storm sewer drain was caving in I downloaded this app and here we are. I put my spare tire on and went to the Discount Tire location on I-45 & Airline. All said and done, that damaged spot in the road cost me 3 hrs & a little over $250.00 for a new tire. It could have been worse. The next driver to hit that might not be as fortunate as I was. Please do something about this. Thank you
