As a Keep Oakland Beautiful volunteer I pick up a lot of litter and trash so PWD what is the issue with you picking this up and while your crew is there please pick up the litter that is there also. How bad is the storm drain it does not look good from the photo.

I'm reopening this for the FOURTH time. There is a small pile of concrete construction debris that has been dumped on this corner. I've provided a detailed description and a photo. Not sure what else you need to get this taken care of, but as of this morning it is still there.
