Description

The homeowner at 1027 Gardner Street has placed steel plant holders/ fences and the like into the edge of the road. It is so far into the street that a passing car may hit it while turning. This is clearly in the public right-of-way and a nuisance / hazard. Furthermore, there's planting pots and vegetation that makes walking on that side of the road impossible.
