Thomas for your information the Town bucket truck is and has been out for service work for over the past month. When it returns from this service the Forestry Division will be working a back log of work orders, including this one. Thank for being respectful and patient.

No problem. Thanks for your understanding. The truck has been out of service now for 5 weeks. We are anticipating its return by the end of next week. As you can imagine we have lots of similar if not much work orders to catch up on. Thanks for your continued patience.
