underage smoking, and alot of suspecious activities going on. adults outside their cars drinking and smoking, load music. suppose to be a community center for young youths

that totally not true! over there Every day all day and nothing of the sort is going on! you may be confused and be talking about the park but definatly not the Howard dell center. plenty parents, Oakland county sheriffs always patrol this area often stop through. you should stop by instead watching and assuming!
