Hi merriam park resident. I put in yhe complaint with them when the trees started weeping sap 3 years ago. That didn't work either. Also called Russ Stark's office; then called tree people, then put on see click fix. Sometimes Saint Paul doesnt work....

This is no treatment for the sapping, this is natural due to aphids.
