This a manhole. AT&T came to bury lines and did not follow lines marked by technician. Came out and man hole broken and open. Confronted technicians. Took pics and contacted AT&T. Have been given run around. Incident number and told some one would call. No one has called. Concerned that is open for kids to p,any open.
