M&M Construction Company have taking over city property at South Middle School. This company is using the pushing lot illegally and parking their vehicles on public property. Also this business had equipment and debris exposed on city property making it a great hazard to our children. This business also should have a fence up separating their business from the school. The business isn't using it's Market Street access.
