Call the police non-emergency number at 203-946-6316 and ask for targeted enforcement here during school hours. You can also attend the Westville West Hills Community Management Team meeting this Wednesday at the Valley Street Substation, 6:30-8pm and discuss the issue with District Manager, Lt.
