I've written to my council person about this issue as well. It is dangerous. . . They have added signage, but it is small and ineffective.

I don't see ANY signage anywhere! Yesterday my BF and I were almost run down by an irate driver who was yelling and pointing at the light while we yelled and pointed at the pedestrian walk signal. And if I were a driver and saw a left turn arrow I'd assume I didn't have to worry about pedestrians myself.

I agree, this is a very confusing light when a protected turn signal is on simultaneous to a walk signal - it needs to be one or the other.
