6/7/2012 – Thank you so much for sharing your very important concern with the City of Richmond government. This situation with code violation for the building at 2027 Maplewood Ave was formally reported to Richmond Code Enforcement on 12/12/2011 (Request #20020811812 ) and a citation was given to the owner. Code Enforcement is continually monitoring this location to work with the owner to meet compliance with City code. Also, updates or follow through up can be conducted by dialing the Richmond Code at 646-6398 and referring to Request CE#20020811812.
