Top of junction box crushed at intersection of sandy forks and falls of Neuse rd. Storm water maintenance issue.

City recently (less than 2 weeks ago) repaired this box and it has been destroyed again. The box isn’t crushed, it is cracked and we are on it. We’re trying to find a way to reinforce the basin to prevent this from repeating in the future. It will be resolved this week.
