Description
This water pools so badly it covers the sidewalk on 1 side so walking is difficult. Cars ride thru it while ducks are swimming all around in it. The drain near by does nothing to help. Perhaps the city can?

What happens to the ducks when the water is gone? LOL
I live down the street from the problem and can report that a city crew took care of the problem, the street is dry, but the duck are @#$%.
