Thank you for addressing this concern. Is there a timeline for owner compliance? Or what is the time frame for this process (contacting the owner and subsequent violation notices and then the potential lien)? Again, I appreciate your attention to this.

We will issue a Notice of Violation regarding the complaint which must be addressed in ten days, if not a citation will be served to appear at Municipal Court. A lien will occur if the City is unable to make contact with the deed owner then must complete the work and invoice the property.
