The City of New Britain partnered with See-Click-Fix in the fall of 2017, and will soon be releasing a New Britain specific App for handling resident requests early in 2018. New requests will be able to be brought to the City’s attention using this App. The New Britain specific SCF App will also provide useful information about the City, and allow you do to things like pay your taxes.
In the meantime request can be report using the regular See-Click-Fix App or on the See-Click-Fix website. If this request is still valid please feel free to re-report it using one of these options.
