This property has been inspected as you requested, by a Property Maintenance Code Enforcement Officer and he has notated in the case that the property is in violation and he will return within the next week or two, to see if corrective action has been taken

The paperwork needed to transfer the case to one of the cities contractors has been submitted to the inspector’s supervisor for his approval.
