This issue still has not been addressed. Very disappointing!

Extremely disappointed that this was never addressed!!!

Why has this issue not been addressed? Who can I contact at the county to have this addressed? Why is this "service" available if issues and concerns are going to be blatantly ignored. Why am I even bothering to submit this time and time again? It seems that this is a huge waste of time! Stop emailing me if there are no plans to address the issue!
