Hello, I am sorry to be a nuisance, but it has now been five weeks since I requested this pickup. The items are still on the street. The grass underneath is completely dead and ruined. Our neighbors are peeved, as well ourselves. Your pledge of 10 business days is sorely overdue. Can you please respond and let us know definitively when this will be executed? I had a lady in her car stop in front of our house yesterday and ask me what I was going to do about our trash because she was tired of looking at it. This is embarrassing. Please advise.
