Filled 1 deep hole with 1/2 ton of 10A and cold patch by P.Coley 9/14/15

Please don't close this issue yet, They came out and put a drain in the hole, but they need to fix the concrete around the drain, that they ripped up and left. They made a big issue bigger.

Jason, you are correct. Issue never corrected from the first report. DPW/STREET MAINTENANCE-BF never came out and filled 1 deep hole with 1/2 ton of 10A and cold patch, by P. Coley on 9/14/15 at this location. That information is false when it comes to fixing the hole on West Parkway @ Glendale. The hole is still not repaired and a disaster.

That's what they been doing and in the meantime the street is still tore up. Then they close the issue. They need to stop playing hot potato and go out to West Parkway @ (23201- 23299) Glendale and fix the mess they made.

This location is/was a DWSD utility sewer repair. DWSD was contacted to make restoration to the roadway.
