Construction noise at 2:30 am.. I woke to some type of bulldozer pounding on boulders? or scraping the road with its lifter thing. I don't know exactly what was going on but I believe it was the construction at Rudgear/South Main. It went on for over an hour and due to the heat I couldn't just close my windows. It was loud enough to wake up most of Walnut Creek!
