Shannondell Blvd.is like driving in Europe. It's a cut through,&entrances/exits to several businesses. NO SPEED LIMIT?!Dangerous road.

I found out Lower Providence is the police department. It's worse than ever, still no speed limit sign. Dangerous road. Nothing has been done.

Can anyone get Lower Providence Police to at least respond! Still no speed limit, still one of the scariest roads to drive on. I have come to avoiding this street as much as possible. Perhaps the many businesses affected would help.
