I have owned 509 N Magnolia in Lansing Mi for 2 years. This house has cars and trucks that do not work and they remain parked in the backyard, with rear hidden to reveal no plates. House is unkept. Broken Windows, etc. Lawn never mowed. We do it. Back yard waist high weeds
Lots of cats running in and out of open front door.
