Descripción
This street belongs to Chester and the Chester authorities need to get their butts in gear. There are abandoned houses with overgrown laws and most importantly, people speed down the street without regard for lives. The speed limit is 15 MPH and people fly by doing 30MPH at all hours. We want speed bumps for the sake of our children and our property!!
