While stopped at the corner of Winthrop Avenue and Furman Avenue, it is difficult to see the oncoming traffic on the right because of the overgrown vegetation. Weeds, trees and shrubbery have overgrown into the street blocking your view. Additionally, mulch has accumulated in the street hampering proper drainage during a rain storm.
