It's been there for a week already. Too bad you cropped out the stack of wheels that this monstrosity has broken off of cars this week. Kirkwood, between the bayou bridge and Westheimer, is among the worst surface streets in this city. It appears our mayor will let th next administration deal with it. The road is a complete embarrassment to anyone traveling in the "Energy Corridor".
