I've have been complaining of the problem for over 2 yrs, the street and sidewalk deteriorates d/t broken water pipe, highway dept refuses to retake care of d/t broken pipe, damage grows,posing risk for falls while people walk over, which may be liability to City Hall
may it is time to fix it
