This person's dog is constantly out and about in the neighborhood. They leave it chained up outside on the side of their house all day and it barks all day long at the trains, people walking by, the mail-carrier.. everyone! I am tired of this dog pooping in my yard! I have called the cops when the dog is at large and will continue to do so if neccessary! About a month ago the dog got loose again and I didn't notice until I got in my car. I almost ran the dog over because it ran right in front of my car!!! If you don't have someone to let your dog out during the day when you are at working from early morning hours to late at night.. then please get rid of your dog! I am tired of hearing it bark all day!
