yard is full of weeds which are spreading into neighbors yards! This is the second year that they have left them.

Thank you for reporting this. Can you please provide a little more information? Are these the garden variety type of weed, such as dandelion, clover or crab grass?

They are dandelions and I'm not sure what else.

You can forward this issue to Enforcement Services by calling 780-830-5790. Having said that Enforcement Services cannot enforce the removal of weeds, they can only ask that they be removed.

You may also want to speak with your neighbour about this.
