Has not been fixed...Someone from the city should walk through these walkways..it's disgusting , smelly and rodent ridden in the Spring/Summer months.

The alley on Front street was cleaned 1/3 ( I wonder who(Finally) cleaned the mess?!? ) BUT "Mid block to 2nd street is a jungle, still".ugh! If anyone knows how we can get all the neighbors to clean outside the back of their homes ( alleys) please let me know! ( a SIGN on a Tree perhaps???) fines? etc....help! Thanks !
