Litter from tenants at 3639 and 3645 Patterson Ave. All over their apt bldg's sidewalks, driveway and street. Young adults hang out there all day, often dealing drugs. There are little children as well. Health Dept should go out.

Thank you for reporting this issue. It is a continuing problem and I have been in contact with public works repeatedly. These residents should be fined.
