Huntsville Connect Customer Service assigned this issue to Huntsville Utilities Street Lights

Huntsville Utilities has inspected this area today. The new pole is set and all of Huntsville Utilities wires have been transferred to the new pole. The cable and telephone providers will need to transfer their cables to the new pole before we can remove this old pole. We are reassigning this ticket to the City of Huntsville ITS Department, and they will contact the appropriate cable and telephone companies.

Wasn't the pole replaced last September?

The pole has already been replaced... The various companies whose lines reside on the old pole are dragging their feet when it comes to changing their lines over to the new pole...

Thank you for reporting your service request Huntsville Utilities. We have recently met with the CATV pole attachment owners and we have all agreed to utilize a third party notification system. This agreement now allows each owner 30 days to transfer their utilities to the new pole, so that we can remove the deteriorated pole. We apologize for the time it has taken to resolve this issue.
