Opis

There is no signal actuation for pedestrians or bicyclists at this intersection. You can only actuate the signal in a car. The loop detector on the minor street doesn't pick up bicycles. It is very dangerous to cross, especially because of the vehicle turn phases on New Bern. The city should go out here and look at it because I don't think it's set up properly. At the very least, there should at least be a button to push.
