Between 17th and 18th Ave on Solano Way. Please come asap there is something decaying in the pile of garbage. It grows bigger everyday. It is not our responsibility to yell and defend the alley from dumpers. This happens all the time. The city of Oakland does not respect the people who live in these areas. If this was downtown this would have been picked up weeks ago. This time please take all of it not just some of it.
